1.What is selthira?
selthira is a curated premium beauty brand operated by Guangzhou Huasui Trading Co., Ltd. We carefully select high-quality makeup and skincare products to fit your daily beauty routine, delivering accessible, skin-friendly cosmetics to shoppers worldwide.

2.How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time equals order processing time plus shipping time. General processing time is 1–5 business days. International shipping time varies by destination, estimated 9–18 business days for most countries. Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, customs clearance or bad weather.

3.Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available when your order value exceeds $59.98. Shipping fees are calculated based on your total cart value.

4.Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours, provided your package has not been shipped. Once dispatched, order cancellation is unavailable. You can contact customer service to arrange a return after receiving your parcel.

5.What is your return & exchange policy?
You must contact us within 14 days after your package is marked “Delivered”. Returned items need to be unopened, unused, intact with original packaging and seals, and kept in resalable condition. Opened cosmetics, clearance products and gift cards cannot be returned. Customers bear return shipping fees and related customs charges.

6.How do I submit a return or exchange request?
Click the customer service icon on our website. Please provide your order number, registered email address, issue description and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and send you the return address and instructions.

7.When can I receive my refund after you get my returned goods?
Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Credit card refunds take up to 7 business days depending on your card issuer; PayPal refunds will appear within 48 hours after processing.
